Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be placed once artwork and signed for order approval. The approval document must be signed and sent back to Liberty Clothing (pdf document will be sent via email).  Your customer service representative will then process your order and confirm a delivery date with you.
  • Once your order has been placed, we require a 50% deposit.
  • Rush orders are available with additional charges please ask your customer service representative for details. 1-800-481-5577
  • All orders ship from our various warehouse locations: Toronto, Toledo, Los Angeles, Buffalo, Atlanta.

Orders are shipped with the most cost effective carrier,  we use FEDEX, DHL, and local transport as well as LTL. We gladly offer other shipping options at your request, including sending items on your own account. For 3rd party shipping, please let us know when you place the order with us.

Shipping Rates
All shipping costs are the recipient's sole responsibility. Shipping charges are calculated at time of shipment and are based on the weight and number of cartons being shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact freight costs until after your order has been processed and shipped. However, we happily provide freight estimates prior to shipment when requested. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives if you need a freight estimate prior to placing your order.

Back-order Policy
If you have back-ordered items , you will be given an option to ship all items complete (this may be cheaper but may also take longer) or ship items when they are available to ship (this may be faster but may also be more expensive). If you choose to part ship your order set-up charges and additional shipping charges may apply.. Your back-order will not be shipped to you until all other items are available to ship. You will be informed of your back ordered items, but these dates are subject to change.

Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. 

We require a valid tax Id number to ship your goods to you.

International Shipping
We do offer shipping outside the United States or Canada to our internationally based customers.  International orders may require additional processing time due to documentation requirements.  Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Goods shipping from Canada to the US include duty and taxes.

All international orders ship DHL Worldwide unless you’d like to ship on your account.
